RADEX RD1503 was developed for detecting a level of radiation in open air and indoors, for basic verification of radiation contamination of materials and objects.
This device was specifically designed for every-day usage by people with no knowledge of radiation dosimetry. It is rugged, inexpensive, and has few options to eliminate confusion in the consumer.
RADEX RD1503 contains a low-voltage SBM20-1 type Geiger-Muller counter of beta- and gamma radiation. This is the same counter that is often used in the professional dosimetric equipment.
A simple LCD display allows producing the items with a menu in any language. Even with all of these features, the price of this device is two to three times lower than analogues.
Special features of the product
According to a wholesale buyers’ request as a special order, we can:
- Change item’s set-ups (value dimension, threshold valuations of dose capacity),
- Add to the memory information on the wholesale buyer’s shop and his site on the Internet,
- Change a language and a text of commands in the manual for adapting to the language of customers.
- Place into an item a second Geiger-Muller counter SBM20-1 (for speed enhancing).
